Every contrastheory session is led by programming on screen. The room tells you where to be, how long to stay, and when to switch, so first-timers and regulars follow the same protocol without a coach standing over them.

  • Round timers and countdowns cue every heat, cold, and breath block.
  • Guided visuals and on-screen coaching run the whole session start to finish.
  • Sound, light, and pacing move together so the studio feels the same in every market.
